This picture is of Johnny Labbous in the Loose Caboose Road Runner. He was from Rossville, GA--near Chattanooga, TN. Labbous won this race and went on to win three more NHRA Bracket Finals in the next five years. He is the winningest bracket racer I have ever seen. -- Wayne Holland
