Comment		This is Julius Hughes, Jr. in the dragster that was built by the Georgia Tech Auto Club. Sources say that Julius started this club at Tech and Hoyt Grimes had a hand in building the dragster. The photo was taken in the late 1950's. -- David Dilbeck
